Terms of Service

Buzzpoll is a free scheduling poll tool: create a poll with candidate times, share it, and see when everyone's available. You don't need an account to create or respond to a poll. Optional sign-in exists to help you keep track of polls you've created.

Please don't use Buzzpoll to:

• Post illegal content, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Spam, harass, or abuse other people through polls you create.
• Circumvent rate limits, or automate bulk poll creation.
• Try to disrupt the service or access it in ways it's not intended to be used.

We can suspend or remove access for anyone who does.

You're responsible for what you put in a poll you create — the event details, description, and any location or link you share. We don't review poll content before it's created.

Buzzpoll is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost — though we make a reasonable effort to keep it running and your polls intact.

To the extent permitted by law, Buzzpoll isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
